About

Being-With,
Not Doing-To

History & Philosophy

Since 1995, we have specialized in organization development: from city and state agencies to non-profit and for-profit firms, we have facilitated programs and conversations, assisted in strategy development, and supported the development of leaders and cultures. We have worked with all manner of leadership and organization needs, from common needs like training, strategic planning, and leadership transition facilitation to more complex and client-specific challenges.

In the early 2000s, we identified leadership coaching mindset and skills as essential supports to build strong, intentional organizations. Coaching and coach training remain a central core of our services. Beth created a coaching training curriculum known as The Coach Approach, allowing participants at all levels, from entry level to C-Suite and CEOs, to develop coaching skills and be co-authors of a coaching culture within an organization. Alex has refined and improved the program over the years, and we have trained thousands of professionals to adopt a more coach-like approach in their interactions with both clients and team members.

In 2026 our commitment to advancing this philosophy remains, with intentions to partner with organizations to develop into places where people are excited to go to work every day.
