There are a lot of opinions about how to become a great leader. At Highbush, we define great leadership as being able to make decisions that benefit others and build their capacity to be great. In this sense, we can find and build leaders at every position on the organizational chart. We teach and train people how to take ownership of their roles in organization, and how to create a positive environment for themselves and their teams with presence, intention, and mindfulness. All programs are customized and modified for the needs of your organization, and may involve members of the organization as co-designers and facilitators to speak directly to the challenges you're facing.
